2. Damage & Local Shipping Issues

As a dedicated Canadian distribution agent, we take full responsibility for our domestic transit. If your nicotine pouches arrive damaged or if there is a fulfillment error from our Ontario duty-free warehouse, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide photographic evidence of the damaged cans or packaging, and we will arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our Canadian facility, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds for both retail customers and B2B wholesale partners are processed automatically through PayPal. Please allow a few business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment account.
