Refund & Return Policy

Our commitment to reliable distribution and customer satisfaction.

1. Return Eligibility

We strive to ensure every delivery meets our high standards. Due to the nature of our distributed products, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

2. Damage & Shipping Issues

As a local distribution agent, we take full responsibility for domestic transit issues. If your order arrives damaged or if there is a fulfillment error from our Ontario warehouse, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence for an immediate resolution.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically through PayPal. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear in your account.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a distribution error on our part. We recommend using a trackable Canadian shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
